The drop-in centre is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. If you wish to contact us to discuss a mental health problem you or someone you know is experiencing please feel free to drop-in or phone us during the opening hours stated above.
